Introduction

This article explains how you can generate shipping labels for your in-house shipments directly from the Onport app.

Getting started

As an Onport user, you are able to generate shipping labels for your In-house shipments directly from the Onport app. Doing so, you will notice that Onport will suggest the shipping rates to use, but all rates will be available to you and you can choose to override the default settings.

How to generate a label:

1. Navigate to Sales and click on “Shipping” under in-house
2. Click on “Shipping rates” on your selected order, and set your order’s weight (based on the weight of the items), dimensions, and rate. If you don’t change these, the default values will remain. You can also choose to print labels directly from here.
3. Click on the print icon
