In this article, we will go over the setup to delay the payout to your vendors. This could be useful to avoid having to refund the vendor payout in the event of a return or cancelation.

Delaying payouts

You may want to delay the payment to make sure the return period passes before the payment is triggered to your vendors in order to avoid having to refund them in the event of a return or cancelation.

You can do this under Contacts > Dropship Provider > Settings > Payment Setup tab > "Number of days to delay payment" > Save:
