Introduction

If you need to manually create an order in Onport for testing purposes, for example, you can do so. 

In this article, we'll show you how to raise an order within Onport.

How to raise an order in Onport

1. Go to Sales and click "New Sale" in the top right corner.

2. You need to select the customer and channel (you can skip "price list").

3. On the next screen, search and select the items to add to the order.

4. When ready, finalize the order.
