In this article, we describe how to change the name of a dropship provider in Onport.

Getting started

If you want to update the name of a dropship provider after they are already configured in the system, you'll first need to change the name field in the "contact" tab in their settings:

If you have already created an inventory feed, you'll also need to update the name there. This will ensure any new products published will also have the new name for the vendor field. You can do this under the "connection" tab in the inventory feed settings, under the "advanced panel".
