Introduction

Onport allows you to fetch orders from Elastic Path, create fulfillments, and sync inventory quantities and variant prices with Elastic Path.

Disclaimer

Currently, Onport does not support publishing items from Onport into Elastic Path. You can publish products from Elastic Path and Onport will import them regularly into the system.

How to collect the API keys from Elastic Path

In order to be able to connect Onport with your Elastic Path, it is important to collect the API keys from your Elastic Path administration panel. These API keys are:

- store ID

- client ID

- client secret

Each user who is granted access to an Elastic Path store receives a unique client ID and client secret. You can access the Elastic Path Dashboard Home page to collect the API keys. You may also want to collect the Fulfillment endpoint URL.

Once you access the Dashboard, click the API link and copy the API credentials in a safe place.

How to connect Elastic Path to Onport

1. New Elastic Path stores can be added within the setup area. After logging into Onport, click Integrations and select Elastic Path:

2. In the next screen, click "New elastic-path-store":

3. Next, paste the credentials and URL you previously copied from the Elastic Path Dashboard.

Here is an example of how the fields need to be populated:

4. Once done, click Save.

❗️Onport will start importing products shortly after the configuration is completed.

Removing products

If you wish to remove an item from your Elastic Path store, it is recommended to first delete the product in Elastic Path and after that, you must also remove it from Onport.

Find the variant in Onport by clicking the main inventory section from the left menu and searching for the name or SKU. Once you’ve found the variant, select the checkbox next to it and click the trash icon in the upper corner of the screen.

❗️If you wish to publish this item again, make sure to publish it on your Elastic Path store first. It will soon sync with Onport and inventory feeds will potentially connect to it via SKU.

If you still have questions, feel free to open a ticket with our Support team.

❗️Important note: Under Integrations > Elastic Path > (your store), make sure the Connect button is green. If applicable, you should also click "Import products" once you're ready to import the items you have previously created in your store: https://share.zight.com/lluWOv85
