Introduction

In this article, we describe how to link your own ShipStation account with Onport, enabling you to directly sync your in-house shipments between Onport and your ShipStation account.

Getting started

1 - Go to https://www.shipstation.com/ and sign up for an account.

2 - Once signed up, you'll need to register a Custom Store in your ShipStation account.

Go to ⚙️ Account Settings at the top > Seeling Channels on the left > Store Setup. Click "+ Connect a Store" and choose the Custom Store option.

3 - Fill in the Form with the required details. Once this form is completed, ShipStation will begin communicating with Onport.

Note: The ShipStation username should not be the login you use for Onport or ShipStation. Instead, enter something new here. This is used so that Onport and ShipStation can securely communicate with each other.
