In this article, we describe how to set up vendor shipping reminders.

Getting started

To ensure your vendors stay on top of their shipments, you can set shipping reminders. Under the settings for each dropship provider, enable the 'send shipping reminders' option. Then, just specify the number of days to notify them after. You can enable this under Contacts > select vendor > Shipping tab > Send shipping reminders:

Any vendor set up with an email as the dropship provider will then be sent a reminder for any late shipments at 9am PT each day.
