Introduction

Some payment gateways may hold transactions in the authorized state in Shopify and not appear as fully paid. This article will show you how to import these authorized orders to Onport.

Adding Payment Gateways

In Onport you have the option to only import fully paid orders from the marketplace store, however, there are some occasions when the order is fully paid but is held in the authorized state (for example in Shopify) by different Payment Gateways.

For that reason, under Integrations > Store > Setup tab you have the option to add as many Payment Gateways you work with so that Onport can import the orders even if they don't appear as fully paid:
